With the new tax laws PP has to send a 1099 for anything over 600, and that's total not single transactions. I talked to my accountant and she said it's considered taxable income so Federal, state and local taxes. I think this will drive up attendance on swap meets again. I feel attendance has dropped off in the past so we will see if it changes this year.
