You aren’t going to clear 37’s reasonably without at least 6”, especially if you want to wheel it. 35’s are known to rub occasionally on 4” when wheeling especially with 12.5 and wider tires. That is of course unless you get the sawzall out on the lower half of the fenders. Do it right, that’s all I can say.
