I had to go back to the junk yard and cut the section of the firewall out there the steering wheel goes thru. Keep in mind the Pick Your Parts do not allow you to take a cut off wheel/angle grinder in. I made it past the check in gate with mine and was able to cut what I needed and got scolded on the way out. Oh well, got what I needed.

Learn from my lack of paying attention to the details in the differences in the trucks. The 91 firewall opening has a oval hole and the 96 has a round hole that is flanged. I made some measurements and then cut along folds in the firewall sheet metal.
