Re: bagged burb project..

well, i wanted to say Merry Christmas to everyone and check in before everyone stops reading my thread

I haven't done much with burban besides a lil destruction. It seems a get further and further from the finish line, but at least that allows me to know whats under everything. Anyway, pulled the dash to moved it to my tahoe since I'll be using a grey interior from my parts truck. Dad and i also worked out a deal to move his 48 project out of his shop, so we can put the burban in its place. This will give me a place to have the truck up in the air all the time and actually tear into it without fear of it still being movable his Christmas present to me, i guess. Once that move happens it will take longer to do sheetmetal work (tubs front and rear) than it should to put the suspension parts on. Most everything has be installed/pre-fitted on my parts truck, so its just a matter of moving things.

I may have the metal work done else where to speed up the process as i have a march deadline, but who knows. I can't decide on paint for the outside, but i want it to be flat or semi-gloss....i'm leaning towards white w/gunmetal Coy's and some simple pinstripe details similar to old SS or yenko stripes (like the Muscle Truck done in Street Trucks ) color matched to the wheels instead of my original murdered out approach....any thoughts? To help visualize here's a tahoe with the Coys...it's body dropped which i won't have , but it will be close.
