MDPotter's suggestion, I ordered a dual pole brake light switch. It arrived this week and I installed it. Good thing I still had the box for the NOS switch. The factory brake light connector will plug into the two bare blades. The two wires from the pigtail will connect to my ECU and a switched ignition source.
