The crossmember also had some cancer to be taken care of (this was a cheap truck, but it had been off the road for quite some time and we are in an area that is prone to rusty vehicles)
It was like this on both sides......
A bit of cutting & welding in new material -
And the dropped/pancaked crossmember is done (and test fitted etc.)
