Pull the plugs and squirt a little oil in the cylinders - not alot, but enough so that when your cranking the engine to get pressure up the pistons and rings get some lube too.
I don't think you should add seafoam right away. Let the motor warm up and run for 20 to 30 mins - then add some seafoam - you want all the internals nice and oily so that the seafoam doesn't knock any debris loose into the cylinder.
I would also flush the cooling system and change the hoses as a precaution - this way you wont have any leaks and you'll know that the cooling system is clean too.
Might even want to do a tune up on it too since it's been sitting for so long - cap, rotor, plugs, wires aren't that expensive and you can just use an air compressor to clean the air filter
