[Luecifer]

Hello all, i have an 80 chevy 4x4 with a th400 tranny n transfer case. I rebuilt the tranny about 2 weeks ago and ever since then ive been trying to figure out why its not shifting out of first. Ive already checked and replaced the governor, adjusted the vacuum modulator and replaced it, checked vac lines, checked valve body along with 1-2 valve and also made sure it has plenty of fluid. All the clutches were replaced in the rebuild and everything was fine. Any suggestions? Thanks guys
