As for the fittings, I don't recal for sure......that sounds about right. There is a seller on ebay that sells all 3 hydroboost fittings to adapt to -6AN for about $24.00.

Last year I converted my existing PS lines to 6-AN TFE with flare fitting adapters. I figure all I need now is two hoses and two 0-ring to -6AN fittings.
