UPDATE as of this AM:

We installed motor with FANTASTIC results! Works like a million bucks! I will be posting youtube video shortly.

Here is a few notes on install; The motor now seems to cause a crash with the wing post installation. As such, I had to drop regulator and glass down into door and let dangle, install wing post in to track without bolts, move regulator up behind wing post, then install glass slide tracks, then bolt everything down. Quite an origami!!! Now here is really bad news- I bought a power window crank switch to use retro handle, it appears it needs to be mounted FIRST!!! that means I will need to tear it all back apart again! I am not ready to do this yet as my next goal is to use parts from old regulator manual handle to make a retro switch of my own.

By the way, installing the new regulator and wing is a 2 person job!!!
