I would get a fuel injection pressure gauge and check it myself. I just bought one and they are inexpensive. You should check it with key on/off. Cycle it a couple times. Then check it when running. I've heard of guys having good fuel pressure at the rails with just key on, but when running it drops way down, which is usually an indication of bad fuel pump.
