Today was just cleaning and painting the engine. I bought a new timing chain cover for a mustang so the accessories fit, there's a slight difference from the truck version. It was brand new as cast but I sprayed it anyway because it will match the block and heads and maybe stay cleaner longer than bare metal. Posting some before and after pics. And one with the original cover.
