Re: Seen Any Of These Before?

26 bucks and change.I just had to have it and I bid a bit over $35.It started at $15.99 and there was one bid when I saw it.When I bid after work another bidder had two consecutive bids. When I placed mine his max was about $25,so I came out a dollar over.I've never seen these, that I can recall. And I imagine there were other versions.I remember a company called Budgee and if I was to guess, that's my hunch. They had black wheels like that. I had a VW Bus from them and it was all metal.By '68 Hotwheels had come out and Matchbox had started mixing in plastic, too. This thing is made like years earlier. The motor is diecast, too.I can't wait to get this.I haven't been buying anything for a while.
I have one of those Avon Campers and a Mini Lindy plastic kit with camper.I wish I still had my real 71 Custom Camper still.I must have bumped my head when I parted it rather than restore.one known camper item I'd kill for (please don't repeat those words.I could get into trouble) is the MPC Open Road 1/25th kit.I have about all the others. There's also a foreign version of the AMT '70 Chevy I'd do anything (almost) to have. The box art is different and just too dang cool.
