It was 3-1/8” on my right door but 3-3/8” on my left (not shown). I looked through lots of Blazer pics online and believe the majority are closer to my right door. Because of minor variation in where the trim can be placed, I prefer the top down 1-3/16” dimension even though it is curved. I would mark a piece of tape at 1-3/16 and place it from the top edge of the door sheetmetal and let it curve with the shape of the door. You may want to do hole location from both directions to be most confident before you drill.

I also see variation in the 2-13/16 horizontal dimension online.

I am confident my doors are original to the Blazer, it is a non repainted western survivor. My guess is GM was sloppy about drilling this hole when modifying their truck doors for Blazer use. They may not have had a good jig or other means of locating the hole repeatedly.
