The courtesy lights are mounted to the bottom of the dash and illuminate the floor area of the cab. They came on some blazers of 69-72 and maybe later years. Look at my thread on underdash lights and you'll see. Mine have short wires but enough to solder to of corse. If you find some with the complete wiring they will be much higher than what I'm asking. They hook into your dome light wiring.
