Looks like you got a great truck !!! The piece between the windshield and the hood is called a cowl . Wish you lived in Iowa I would give you one . I remember what it was like to be 16 and have a limited budget . I think the shipping on the cowl would be pricey from here. should be able to find one locally in good shape. Keep up the good work !!! I love to see young people showing interest in old trucks!!! Bob
