Well, I said I was gonna drive and enjoy it for a while and a couple weeks ago it went to running rough and wouldn't you know, water in the oil. As of last night we have disconnected everything from the motor and will pull her out this weekend. While she is down for heart surgery we will start some prep and paint work in the engine bay and go from there. I will post pics as we go to keep it up to date.

I am building an old school 350 with a little kick to it. I have found a set of double hump 202 heads to add to the build. Going back with a 292 cam and roller rockers. I can't wait to see how it turns out. Now I just have to lock down a color for the paint. I'm really leaning toward silver metallic but still open on it. I would love black but just not sure if I could get the body where it would need to be. This is not going to be a million dollar show truck with all the rust redone, just painted and nice to drive and have fun in.

I sure am gonna miss her while she's down.
