The 700R4 is a Joke for none computer.I've been told bite the bullet and install the stand alone computer.Its cheaper in the long run and if you have problem Put the small light on the dash to tell you when you need to do some code reader.

The old way about having a 700R4 built and just drop it in your truck and its done.Your WRONG

I've talked to 8 transmission shops that say Hell ya i rather build you a 1987-90 700R4 and let you do all the shifting patterns that they have to sit and baby sit for 4 hours.


Any one tells you that you can take a None computer 700R4 from the bench to your car or truck with out doing the shifting patterns is full of Crap
