I see people convert garages to family rooms (fools), so why not the other way around? My buddy has a family room on a slab right next to his 2-car garage. We looked at adding that 3rd door and a partition, but his woman won out with a nice cherry floor, chair rail, and wainscot
(he built a big shop)
