You unbolt the cushion frame from the track and take it out cover, cushion, and frame. It's bloody easy to do. You flip the butt cushion assembly upside down on top of a towel on the workbench, unclip the fabric or leather, pull the foam out and reverse the process. I had to vacuum off the disintegrating butt foam from the fabric and frame but that was pretty much it.
It took me a little over an hour because I'm slow.
Made a world of difference in how it feels.
