I firgured it out. For those who need to know on a cassette belt for a mid 80's delco am-fm cassette player
The belt is square 1.5 mm in width and breadth 24.1 cm in total length (that is total length I cut the belt)
Brett owner of West Coast belts was able to supply the belt
