Got the tailgate fitting reasonabley
I had a real issue with getting the tailgate fully closed as it was being stopped by the "stake pocket box". The only way I could figure out to fix was to relieve it or cut it. I chose to cut it and kind of like the "line" now. Because I have a raised bed I can install rubber bumpers in my new upper brace for the tailgate to rest against. Still have to slice and hammer the top of the bed sides to get the tailgate gap right.
