Davepl is right concerning a by the book numbers rarity. I'm sure there were some combinations that were even more rare, but since there are no records kept for these trucks, it's all speculation and opinion.
As an example, A plane jane yellow 69 6 cyl long bed with only 3 pt belts ordered, could be a 1 of 1, just as a fully loaded Cheyenne Super in a special color with every single option box checked off.
The only fact we have, is that we will never know.
