On my '66 Suburban I used the original reservior, but added a '85 full size van washer pump. In the van, the pump clips onto the reservior bracket. So I added an area on the bracket on my Suburban to mount the pump, and connected the inlet side of the pump to the feed tube/cap on the reservior. I just powered it with a momentary toggle on the dash since at the time I couldn't figure out how to make it work with the factory switch. I have since found the info on how to do that, but I haven't had the time. Heck I haven't been able to drive my Burb since last summer
