Re: 67 SWB First Build

Quick update.

To make sure i had the right mounts for the core support, i decided to install and align the front clip of the cab. Looks like it is a 67/68 frame for sure!Name: C28ECCFD-EED8-424C-BC06-CCB69DD4B147.jpg

Finally got to spraying some urethane primer. Started off by spraying the bed floor just so i could get a feel for how it sprayed.

Next i sprayed the cab and front clip. It turned out decent other than a little orange peel.

This week i started to wet sand the urethane primer with 400grit. I have to admit, i actually don’t mind the wet sanding (so far). It’s pretty satisfying feeling the panel get so smooth and looking so straight. Pretty sure I’ll need one more coat of the urethane primer to finish it up before i seal it.

I’m going to try to sneak up to the shop this weekend to make some more progress on the sanding
