I have ordered a set from EBAY and one from Summit. I will do tear down and post pics.

I think the hardest part may cycle life/the ability to be used 100s of times without fail. It would need good bushings, but also must survive being wrenched on by passengers who do not know is power window handle, think is manual still and break it on accident.
