Lots of adjusting and it turned out pretty good! The custom latch setup appears to work well. So... I’ve decided to move on to the interior. Here’s a shot of the drivers door card and kick panel. Not sure yet if fiberglass is in my future... maybe. Also a sketch I did for ideas.
