Doesn't mean anything. It's very easy to over-analyze things and besides, it's pointless at this juncture. Pretty girls have a lot of dating opportunities and some people move on quicker than others. I have moved on lightning fast before and I wasn't cheating on the girl. Now you do what I typed before. If you are hurt, take a break from dating, focus on exercise and skill learning, and just keep your mind occupied.
Believe it or not, you still are very young and have a whole lot to learn. We hope you live long enough to learn it too!
