Thanks Andyking1203! The tank fit perfectly between the frame rails.
It is made by Boyd Welding. I ordered last Thursday and it was here by Wednesday. Very quick turnaround and great service.

It is a standard tank that they make. I chose the following options when ordering:
- Non EFI.
- Rollover Vent
- 0-90 OHM Sending Unit
- Center Tank Fill with Bed fill floor kit
- Mounting Kit
