I'm still running the Lunati hydraulic flat tappet cam (230/235 @.050 .496" lift. The main caps and bearings looked fine, just normal wear. The top rod bearings were in the copper. It still had good oil pressure. I didn't see any signs of detonation, the pistons and head gaskets looked almost new. Here are the flow numbers after I ported them. They were flowed at 28".

.200" 150 cfm .200" 151 cfm
.300" 203 cfm .300" 192 cfm
.400" 218 cfm .400" 207 cfm
.500" 252 cfm .500" 217 cfm
.550" 257 cfm .550" 218 cfm
