It's been a while since I posted any updates. I have had the truck running, but it was running a little rough. This weekend I put in a 3 wire heated O2 sensor hoping that would fix it. It still ran rough.
A friend stopped by and started poking around and figured out I had 2 plug wires crossed. Duh! Now it runs pretty good!
Here's a video of us screwing around doing an obligatory burn out after we got it running good. It still needs exhaust and lots of other stuff. I'm running short on time and money, but will get there eventually.
