Im not sure of the application of the emblems...if they had to be custom cab or not. Thats some of the stuff I was hoping that this thread could help on. I have seen standard cabs and custom cabs with them, but not sure if factory, dealer or owner installed. I just know the difference in the big/light duty truck and the trucks with 6cyl engines.
