The adapter does not use existing holes, you will need to drill all 4 holes. You can use any C-series power steering box from '69-'87. Starting in around '81 or so GM switched to metris fittings for the hoses, so you'll want to be sure to get the correct punp to go with your box so you can use off the shelf hoses. You can make most any steering column work if you have the skills to modify it if needed. However it is typically simpler to use either a pickup or van column in a pickup. Thanks for inquiring......
