I'm 5'10" and 172 lbs - that puts me near the upper limit of the normal BMI. But my body fat is around 10%, so I think the BMI is a bunch of hogwash.
I had an Army doc tell me once that my "ideal" weight was 155 lbs. I told him I had worked very hard to build up to this weight and I wasn't about to sacrifice any of it.
