Re: Perfect night for a run
Tonight was 50* and a little wind.
It was a LSD night.... long slow distance run. I got in 4.2 miles.
My longest run of the year. I sure do like the milder weather. I’m not looking forward to hot temperatures.
I still need to get in some morning runs. None so far.
