The diagrams posted were those which I used to measure/fabricate everything I needed. IIRC there is a person on the west coast that has written much about the 200 4R and it’s use in racing, Carr was his last name I believe (don’t remember the first name). Good source for information, the diagrams probably came from there.

Search tv brackets specific to your carb manufacturer and model, many are commercially available. Look for a small locally owned trans shop for all the small stuff that will break your nuts. The hot rod web sites are also a good source as suggested, I found a lot of adaptable parts/suggestions there.
