Guys thanks for the post. I am slowly insulating the shop and replacing the sheetrock. When I first bought my house it was a decrepit side garage with no utilities. The lower 2 foot was almost rotted to nothing. I though I'd knock it down and put a larger shop behind it, but... heh that ain't gonna happen. I'm good to have a 2nd garage to work in.
