A reputable exhaust shop (not Midas or any of those big places) can bend and weld the setup of your choice. If you are picky about tips and mufflers it's a good idea to find the inlet/outlet configuration you need and order them, then take them with you. Exhaust is pretty popular so most good shops will have a nice selection.

Turbo mufflers are always a safe bet as they provide some volume under full throttle but they really quiet down during cruise. You can't beat the price either.

Flowmaster 50 series Delta Flow mufflers are another good choice. That signature Flowmaster tone turned down a little without so much cab resonance. The idle sounds beefier than turbo mufflers.

These are moderate sound level mufflers. You will hear the exhaust but you will still be able to have a conversation while driving. I've had both of these on my truck with the exhaust run all the way to the back bumper.
