I used a regular paint brush on the frame and a sponge brush on the rest, IMO the sponge brush works better. Just a tip, have a least 5 or 6 sponge brushes if your doing frame and all, they start to separate from the handle after a little while. You really have to babysit that stuff or it will bubble and run like crazy. I had to strip and redo one of the lower control arms because of bubbles and runs.
