The VIN number itself is a fairly basic breakdown, but it does tell us:
C Chevrolet conventional cab truck 4x2
E V-8 engine (does not indicate size)
3 30 series truck, 1 ton
3 Chassis cab, no bed/incomplete
8 1968 model year
Z Fremont CA assembly plant
130550 sequence number of light trucks assembled a Fremont for the 68 MY.
To determine any more we need the SPID label inside the glove box door. That will list the model as manufactured and any RPO or fleet options as well as trim and paint codes
