From my experience, it won't work with 4" or even 5.5" & 36s or 37s unless you do ALOT of body trimming, both front & rear. 4" is possible with 35s.
Even a 6" lift & 37s is super tight, especially if running something like wider Swamper TSLs or something else with side tread lugs; the 37" military tires are little more forgiving since only 12.5 wide & no real lugs sticking out side to catch fender lips.
