Could a wider than stock harmonic balancer be displacing a correct pulley?

Here are the sections from the parts book for crank and PS pulleys. Note the p/n on your crankshaft pulley is for a 3/4-1t non-PS application and a 307 motor and others w no PS. You need the correct one for PS.
