You have to be really patient as well as international freight takes time.
The worse issue I've found is if something doesn't fit or the wrong item is sent the cost to return it normally exceeds the value of the incorrect part.
It's not so bad if it's a stock part but if the truck has been modified you have to research and find out what the part it is or where it's from as you can't just drop it on the counter at the local parts store and say i need one of these.
