It's tough to give you a number.
I can say at least 4.5 up front but probably more.
I was running a sectioned crossmember @ 1.5 inches and 3 inch belltech spindles.
But it is bagged.
The rear is bagged with a 1 inch block under the diff.
I just set it where it looked good to me!!!!
