67, thanks for the welding info. Someone else had suggested .024 true MIG welding, but it does not seem practical for home use. Good to know about the size of the panels. I am planning on buying most of my panels from Classic Parts - I will have to ask them about the thickness.
Did not get a chance to upload those pics of the floor. Hopefully in the next day or so. Thanks for the advice.
