Howdy and happy new year's.
I was doing the holiday visitation trip and talking to family member who has a 2011 BMW M5 SUV and it is a diesel. He told me that he towed a car on a trailer with this thing and got about 21 mpg doing it. I don't know spit about beemers or diesels but I wondered if such a power plant and trans would be good for my '65 'burb. Anybody here know about this engine and trans and if it would be a feasible swap? Thanks in advance.
