Ya, I was told something very similar. I think the trick is to find someone that knows a custom truck friendly inspector. I don't know any up in Edmonton but I would bet any of the speed shops would be able to point you in the right direction.
I am currently just thinking that I'll deal with all of that when the time comes but not worry about it until then...
