Aside from the wind, the weather was almost perfect once the sun came out as I was in shorts and a sweatshirt (which came off mid-morning). The swap meet area was pretty full, but the corral and car show were the smallest I have seen. Maybe this was weather influenced as it rained over night Friday and things were soggy/muddy in many areas. Although I walked out empty handed (tried to buy a few floor patch panels, but firm pricing that was more than online stores like Jegs killed my interest),we still had a good time. No trip to Jefferson is complete without stopping at Wedl's for a great burger.

My son and I are also planning to do an overnight at Iola in July, so maybe we will have better luck.
