It's hard in any pickup bed to find a good low tie-down point w/o at lest drilling screw holes. The pocket type are the best, but require cutting the floor out. There are folding rings that screw down, but you could bolt through. Not sure what their capacity limit is. I always use a trailer for motorcycles. They need straps to the floor to compress the fork and a trailer is nice and low for loading
