I would love a nice, clean, earlier GM muscle car. Any of those you listed would be nice. I really like the 70 Chevelle, 1st GEN Camaro's, the early Chevy II's, or one of my all time favorites.... the 64 GTO. But, just the price of entry is 3-4x as much as a similar condition g-body. I eye-balled a clean, low mileage plain-Jane 70 Malibu & it was listed for >25k. Since I would be modifying one, that only adds to the cost. G-body's it is.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
